10. CONTROLS FOR NON-TRACKING FUNCTIONS

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information for business or commercial purposes are listed under “WHO WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH?”

DootBuddy has not sold any personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the last twelve (12) months. DootBuddy will not sell personal information belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers in the future.

Your rights regarding your personal data

Right to request data deletion – Deletion request

You can request the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will honor your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) another consumer’s exercise of their right to freedom of expression , our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be necessary to protect against illegal activity.
