DootBuddy Refund Policy

Thanks for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

All of our customers acknowledge that they were able to use the 100-message free trial and then decided to purchase one of our subscriptions of their own free will.

We offer a refund on our subscriptions when one of the following events occurs:

  • There is a duplicate payment caused by a problem in our systems. If the customer decided to purchase two (2) or more subscriptions on his account, then it was his choice and we do not have the right to process the refund or not.
  • The customer emailed us at support@dootbuddy.com before the day of renewal to cancel their subscription, but we did not process the cancellation in time.

Please allow at least 5 days from receipt of your email to process your refund.

Attention

We do not offer refunds for unused months (full or partial months) that you have purchased in the past. No exceptions will be made.
